May 17th: Parental Drop Off (1700hrs - 1830 hrs) TBC

End Time 

May 19th: Parental Pick Up (1600hrs - 1700 hrs) TBC

Equipment list to follow

Medication to be held in original container and given to a staff member for keeping. EpiPens to be kept on hand.

Permission Form must be signed and sent to Staff or brought on day of FTX.
